We are a full service year round landscaping company. My experience includes management, plowing in the winter and doing equipment maintenance, pruning, construction, cleanups and lawn care in the spring through fall. I have worked here for almost six years moving my way up from laborer/shoveling to foreman/plowing. On job sites I manage anywhere from1 to 10 employees and I collaborate with other foreman daily. I do not always take the lead on site knowing when someone else has a better handle on a project. I also speak with costumers often when they have questions or concerns. I have gained valuable real world experience and confidence from this job.
