One woman who is determinedly making her way to the top of this field is Aeriell Earlywine. Aeriell was recently promoted to the position of Branch Manager, after demonstrating her abilities in multiple other roles at Monarch. Aeriell started her career journey by obtaining a college education at Front Range Community College, the University of Iowa, and Wayne State University. Having started as an intern at Terracare while she was a student, Aeriell has worked her way from the ground up. As an intern, Aeriell began learning about the responsibilities associated with managerial positions in the landscaping field, information that would be foundational to her future roles. She served as an Area Manager, a Service Operations Manager, and an Estimator before taking on her current position.
